Grand Theft Auto IV, quite possibly the most anticipated game of the series, is set to hit shelves April 29th. Gamers will also experience an added bonus in addition to the RPG-like storyline elements, on-line multiplayer capabilities and lack of load screens: Karl Lagerfeld on the ones and twos for K109 The Studio. Lagerfeld provided his voice and musical taste for the radio station’s soundtrack. The station will feature electronic music and dance beats. According to WWD, Lagerfeld was quoted to prefer to “be in a video than to play with it”. He would “love to be a very nasty, politically incorrect character”. Apparently he barely hesitated to sign on with Rockstar Games, and was into the project from the very beginning. He never ceases to amaze me with his bizarre and radical antics. I still cannot get over his use of stars for the Chanel Spring 2008 line.
I was excited about the game before I heard this news, but now I am looking forward to hearing Karl’s commentary as I cruise about Liberty City!
