Hot New Fitness Class, Bollywood Dancing

The fun new dance class that is sweeping through the US is Bollywood dancing. Set to funky, Indian Pop, this lively movement class mixes classic vocabulary and MTV snap.

Inspired by the campy, large scale dance numbers seen in Bollywood film (Hollywood+Bombay=Bollywood) these moves break a sweat while telling tales of love and devotion.
