Just Dance

Dance when you're happy
Dance when you're sad
Dance when you're worried
Dance when you're mad
Dance when you're stressed
Dance when you're depressed

You just have to let go
& just dance.

Wrote this a few weeks ago when I was down.
It's true though. Dancing really sets you free.

Everyone can dance. Dancing is a way of expressing your emotions physically. There is no wrong or right way. It's so beautiful. So If you have no otherway of explaining what your feeling, dance. Whatever the circumstance or situation is, just dance.
