I'm a big fan of Rachel Bilson.  She's as cute as a button and has great personal style.  And though I historically haven't been the biggest fan of Herve Leger's body-con dress, good ol' Rach has just made me a believer.

The 1-2-3 Punch: 

1.  She's got the bod. 

2.  Simple, simple, simple.  She let the bandage dress speak for itself which is good, as it's loud and clear.  Hair is back, but relaxed and makeup is minimal.

3.  DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO MAKES THOSE SHOES?  Perfectly accessorized and understated.  She could have thrown on bangles or big earrings, but then she would have erred on the side of 80s music video (which is not necessarily a bad thing, but in this case would have lessened the effect).
