How to Enter:

   1. Login or Signup for MyitThings.com

   2. Add a Post on any green subject under one of the site  categories – Entertainment, Tech, Fashion, Body, House or General.

   3. Type the words "GREEN TREND" in the tags field prior to submitting your post.

Every article tagged GREEN TREND automatically enters the contest. Each user can submit unlimited number of articles to the contest, however only one article per user can be included in the Top 10 finalists.  Article must include original content on any of the green subjects and have 200 words minimum.

How to Vote: Rate your favorite articles using the stars located on individual article page.  5 stars represent the best and 1 star the worst. The final article score will be calculated from the total combination of the number of votes and the stars rating (i.e. each additional scored star will add 1 point to the total score). Articles with top 10 scores will be reviewed by our judging panel.  

Timeline:
June 5th 2008, 12:00AM EST – July 31st 2008 at 11:59PM EST - Submissions & Voting.
August  1st - 10th, 2008 - Judges review.
August  11th, 2008 - Winner announcement. 

Eligibility: The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, 16 years of age and older.
