How to enter: You have to open a free writer account on MyItThings.com in order to participate. Contest entries must be submitted through your personal page and written under Entertainment, Tech, Fashion or House categories. Any post in these categories written during the competition period will be automatically considered. Each user can submit unlimited number of articles. Article must include original content and have 150 words minimum.

Timeline: Submissions and voting period is December 12th 2007, 00:00AM ET – January 31st 2007 at 11:59PM ET. Winner will be announced on February 1st, 2007.

Prize: 4 prizes of $200 each. No purchase is required to enter.

Rating System: Each article page includes rating stars, when 5 stars represent the best and 1 star the worst. The final article score will be calculated from the combination of the number of votes and the stars rating (i.e. each additional scored star will add 1 point to the total score, 4 votes of 5 stars each will make total of 20 points). Articles with top 10 scores in each category will participate in random drawing.
