New 2017 Range Rover Evoke has finally arrived in style and will make its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show November 20-29, 2015.
Land Rover didn’t miss a beat with the new folding soft-top convertible.
The roof is made up of a polyacrylic fabric and is said to be the widest and longest convertible top of its type on any vehicle. The folding mechanic will stow flat in 18 seconds and rise back up in 21 seconds, with a speed up to 30 mph.
In my opinion, the best feature is the crossover coupe’s rollover protection. The feature is built into the car behind the rear seats, and it will deploy two aluminum bars within 90 milliseconds of a detected rollover to protect the vehicle’s occupants.
It’s priced from $50, 475 and offers many new features such as Wi-Fi hotspot capability and a smartphone app allowing drivers to lock the car and preset the climate control.
The vehicle is set to go on sale in early 2016 in more than 170,000 markets worldwide.
