I am sick of music that is so explicit it's what I call porn music. I never thought I would see the day when I told my girls to turn that music off. Lil Wayne has a song called p***y and its just to graphic. I don't know the names of the other artist because they turn it off when they see me coming. I hate feeling old but I miss the music by Phylis Hyman, Anita Baker, Stevie Wonder and Earth Wind & Fire. Those songs talked about love; today all they talk about is sex. In Pittsburgh every school has a picnic at Kennywood Park. I went this year and I saw groups of girls, groups of guys and about two groups of double daters. I did not see any couples. Is it just me or has our economy tricked us out of asserting some effort into what's really important. I read in National Geographic that, " 45% of women in China do not want to get married", now that they have become "Westernized." Too bad so sad. What's wrong with wanting to be a family are the odds and economic powers to the disadvantage of couples. Everyone is trying to get rich or focusing on a career-- that just isn't realistic. My daughter the gorgeous model (see designs) was told by a guy she asked to the prom if she was gonna put out as a condition of going to the prom. She didn't even know his address. What if she got pregnant or a sexually transmitted disease, STD she wasn't the only one to get that response. When she finally did find a date (pretty as she is) he expected her to do all the work; find the limo, buy the tickets, etc. Is it just Pittsburgh or are these bustas everywhere? I think todays music has lowered standards and expections for all who listen to the catchy beats and horagious messege. Get f**ked f**k love. Holla back.
