Out of all on the color wheel, nothing communicates serenity like the color of blue! Offering a sense of tranquility and calmness, the color blue is very vocal to its observer. When my eyes catch the sight of anything blue it’s as if the part of my conscious that’s connected to my emotions, automatically transport me to a place where I can literally feel a cool breeze coming off of a large body of water. Whether it’s a Midwestern lake or West Coast ocean I can envision myself sitting under a clear blue sky. As overwhelming sensations engulf me and the feelings of life’s stresses seem blown away by its breezes, the overpowering feelings of this euphoric fantasy is hard to resist.
