Truly Tresemme Shampoo
Splash the city smog and smoke from tired overworked hair with this light and lovely shampoo from Tresseme - it's now become my firm favorite, so much so that I have been known to prowl the aisles of certain budget stores to stock up on their special promotion deals!
In fact, being a 'frugal-living' mom, I only stumbled across this refreshingly light shampoo because it was a special promotion! After cautioning my daughters not to be 'cosmetic fashion victims' and pay way over the top for the empty promises of regenerists, pentas and peptides, I gave in and borrowed my daughter's bottle of shampoo to take into the shower.
One day's use of it's easy rinsing, gently fragranced gel and I was sold on it too! I had to eat my words.
I am particularly picky about residues and it was the light touch of this shampoo and it's fast-rinsing qualities that impressed me. The 'frugal' attributes were sure to please too (I didn't have to use much!) Sunflower, hazelnut and almond extracts are reputed to strengthen our tresses and prevent damage too - stylists recommend we don't rub the hair as we rinse.
Well, I don't know about that - all I do know is that there are few things more energising than a refreshing shower and hair wash after a hard day working or sight-seeing in the city!
PS I only recommend products I actually own and value in my closet.
