Malan Breton showed his Spring 2010 collection on a Monday morning, a fact that didn't stop him from having a very evening appropriate show: an orchestra, ballerinas and lots of luxurious fabrics helped to create the mood.

Malan is one of those designers who rarely follow trends, each season he creates an updated look for his customers, which this season for the first time include men. As much as I was charmed by Malan's embellished evening dresses, his silk and brocade men's suits were particularly stunning. Branching out into menswear was a great move by Malan Breton, especially because so few designers explore the luxurious look within this category.
