Rock music played as the models walked down the runway in this "punk meets prep" collection. Milly's designer Michelle Smith, known for her sophisticated silhouettes, beautiful prints and fabrics not only presented her spring line but also debuted her jewelry collection this fashion week.  I must say, I was just as impressed with the accessories, which were bold and chunky.

Gold embellishments and over-sized buttons made their appearance on several pieces along with beautiful pink and gold brocade fabrics.  A number of of black pieces, short hemlines, and gold studs added an edge to this pretty collection.

"This season, my uptown muse continues to indulge in a touch of downtown edge.  Fresh and versatile combinations are equally playful and modern, which the overall look remains smart, sexy, and sophisticated," said Smith.
