Jill Stuart has a way of making very low cut, form-fitting, and cutout dresses look sexy and chic rather than trashy. The designer presented her Spring 2010 line once again at the New York Public Library with a collection that included many sheer, peek-a-boo slits along with the pieces made of the designer's favorite materials-- leather and lace.

Studded shoulder details, bustier tops, and shots of electric blue and metallic green were also featured in this edgy collection. The Jill Stuart girl is definitely bold and not afraid to make a statement.
