Maybe it was the endless number of headbands Blair Waldorf wore from the popular TV show Gossip Girl or the runway inspiration from Diane von Furstenburg's Spring 2009 collection, that have made floral headpieces the "It" accessory for spring and summer.

Either way, the fun and feminine trend is a great way to spice up your 'do.  Although the floral headpiece has been hot for the season, I can see the style being one you can also wear into the fall.
