Hey all, my first post here. New York is one of those special places where you can come from anywhere and find a place here. My journey started on the high plains of North Dakota 10 miles from the nearest town and down 5 miles of dirt road. And by the way, that town was big at a little over 1000 people. I think they get that many people in the 6 train sometimes.

Like the cold winters of my home, New York can be tough to survive in. When you are “It”, all doors open up but stumble and it can swallow you. I love the challenges and in my chosen field of advertising, I thrive in the environment that attacks your senses at every turn. We all need a little peace to collect our thoughts but for the ability to see ideas come to life right before your eyes, there are few places like this.

MyItThings is a perfect example of how a great idea is nurtured in a great city. It is like the centerpiece of a world of talent, you and I, the people who use the site to be in the presence of “It”. A virtual New York. Thanks for bringing more to us and allowing us in.
