Hi Everyone, I'll have two more stories pretty soon. I am waiting to have the pictures downloaded to my computer for illustration. The pageant is coming up next month. I am so excited! I purchased an absolutely drop dead gorgeous evening gown. I won't give away the details BUT, the dress is really elegant, sophisticated, and chic. It fits me like a dream with no alterations. I also have my swimsuit, wrap, and interview suit. Still shopping for a tropical looking cocktail dress for the opening number. Still working on my last ten pounds but will talk about that in my blog. Hope your days is spectacular and as my Pilates instructor says, "Fabulous!"

I was hoping we could find an email or something to exchange... the wall here isn't helpful. Well Cellulite is tricky, there's really only one way to get rid of it and that's cardio. Massaging the area while showering or sitting in the sauna helps to break it up as well. Green Tea is also effective in helping to combat cellulite. Drinking 3 glasses a day or consuming the equivalent in pills increases your metabolism slightly. Classic rules are the, no eating after 8pm. Make sure your last meal of the day contains a salad. Your body naturally begins to metabolize around 1am, during your sleep cycle (If you go to bed around 10pm), so take advantage of that. Beauty routines, should be as simple as you can make it. Because too many products absorbing into your skin is like mixing chemicals on silk. Cold water rinses, a solid moisterizer, toner and cleanser. Good quality clay masks and exfoliants are the most effective. Speaking, simply stay true to what you know. Be clear, be concise, and keep it simple. If I was asked, "What is the biggest challenge facing women?" I would say, "The biggest challenge facing women, besides finding a good pair of jeans? Well without a doubt it is the ability to accept ourselves for who we are and to rejoice in our successes. We are often to hard on ourselves! Criticism is easy, acceptance is hard. Wouldn't you agree?" I like to stray from the formula when appropriate. It adds variety, and in the case above, it makes one appear intelligent, well spoken, insightful, congenial and of course approachable and caring. A good queen respects her public. 	Thank you, and it really does! I actually met Mrs. NY United States 2006 who was first runner up at nationals, and she was such a doll! She is now Miss NY American Beauty...she helped me with so many technical elements and I couldn't have won without her help. I'm sure you do the same for the girls you work with as well.
