Tracy Reese launches new websi...

Tracy Reese has launched a fabulous new website where you can browse through her collection of fashion and accessories and even shop the line.

This puts Tracy Reese at the forefront of designers to truly embrace the internet. Many design houses simply have a website as part of brand extension where there is much in the way of attractive flash designs and little substance or interactive possibility. The fact that you can actually shop the runway pieces is such a great feature that heretofore has really only been possible on the websites of luxury boutiques and a very small minority of designers.

Yuli and I had the pleasure to hear Tracy and André Leon Talley speak in the American Express lounge at fashion week about her collection and the future of fashion. Her chic, feminine and sometimes bohemian clothes are so beautiful and her use of ethnic models is both an inspiration and an important beginning to a more fair fashion industry.
