These are waaaaaaaaay fun and I love them! It's dual sided. One side has crystals to sweep away your dead skin cells and a diamond side to condition the skin. The pad is really soft and they smell really good. They have little pockets that you stick your fingers into and then you scrub away. They say, "clinically shown to reduce fine lines and wrinkles". It did improve my forehead fine lines. Although at 20, there isn't much improvement needed. I hope : ). It also made my skin luminous. I always try to find products that brighten the skin. It's my obsession. Does "Bright & Healthy" ring a bell? You can buy them at your local drugstore or at amazon.com for $16.30. I used these before and love them. You can them for less at Walgreens. I only paid $8.99. Also, I cut each one in half and used half in the morning and half in the evening. They are big enough to do that. They are great!
